Attention Grace Families
To complete the enrollment process and secure your scholar’s seat, the following actions and payments must occur on or before the dates listed below:
February 1, 2023, through May 1, 2023 - deadline:
- Financial Aid Application Submission (if pursuing)
- A $45 processing fee must be paid directly to TADS to complete this step
- Financial Aid will be awarded by end of June
June 20, 2023:
- 2022/2023 Final Tuition and Fees (from completed school year) must be paid in full
July 15, 2023:
- 10% of the agreed upon 2023/2024 school tuition must be paid directly to Grace Christian Academy (check or cash to the front office)
- This 10% deposit will be credited to your final 2023/2024 tuition payment and is nonrefundable
August 23, 2023:
- A tuition payment/installment plan set up must be completed (required every new school year)
- Set up is online – you will be notified by TADS via email and will be given a secure password to get started
- TADS will provide the payment options available for selection
- Select the payment installment plan for your family to create the agreement for the school year
